Shortly after Liu Kuan's promo airs the arena lights begin to flicker, on and off they turn. Eventually they give out, and the arena is cast into darkness, save for the occasional flash bulb from the odd camera or two. The air becomes cold, and a thick fog rises from the entrance way. Gong, For Whom the Bell Tolls by Metallica kicks off as Liu Kuan starts towards the ring, covered in a black silk shard, carrying his trade mark scythe.
Edward Williamson: The following, is your opening contest for the night. Introducing first, from China. Liu "The Grim Reaper" Kuan...seriously, that's what it says.
JPG: Got a lively contest scheduled here, Liu Kuan, mainly known for his work in Swift MMA set to take on Raj Kim-Po who is a man who needs no introduction here in the wrestling industry.
Bomber: Doesn't matter, he's still getting on. As is this creepy son of a bitch. Is it really necessary to come out with no lighting? Just a bit excessive is all I am saying.
Liu reaches the ringside area and slowly disrobes, he lays his Scythe up against the announce table, and lets his shroud simply fall to the floor next to the ring. The Chinese Reaper climbs up to the ring apron, and steps through the ring ropes at about the same times the lighting in the arena mysteriously returns to normal. The fans already don't like this guy, if not for what he had to say moments ago in the graveyard scene alone. Kuan, however, shows no concern. His skull painted face shows no sign of emotion, his cold brown eyes simply peer towards the entrance tunnel his opponent will be coming out of at any moment.
TNC Best of luck man

The lighting in the arena, starts to flash and flicker before completely fading. The arena is then suddenly lit with a atramentous shade of Purple. A stock-motion video of Raj Kim Po's smiling, chiseled Indian face flashes onto the overview above the entrance ramp, "The Chosen One" then fades onto the screen, followed by a fast motion reel of Kim Po in his best matches..trading punches with Metal Dragon, and applying various hold's to Santiago. A shot of him exchanging blows with Collin Fitzpatrick, and throwing Ryan Hughes' face into a cage wall. Spotlights roll and finally fall conjointly on the contour of a menacingly well-built figure. Thick, viridian shaded, puffs of smoke flare from a machine in the floor, as lights of all different hues flash in concert. Like The Wind By: DJ Vadim whistles over the PA and Acoustic system.
Making his way to the ring, standing at a modest height of six feet, weighing in at a lean two hundred-twenty pounds. Ladies and gentleman, the only man in Professional Wrestling history to hold black belts in three disciplines of the martial arts, fighting out of London, England..."The Wind" Raaaaj Kimmm-Poooooooo!
Raja strides toward the ring confidently, he wears the top to a black Karategi, with a black-belt accented by three gold embroidered bars, to denote his senior rank in karate. The Wind adjust his tights, which are green and indigo, he wears wrestling shoes, and thick shin guards that extend downward and protect his feet. The fans cheer madly, as he stops, his eyes still locked in a deep gaze toward the ring, and points to the sky...he then clasp his hands and mumbles a prey. Bringing his hands to his sides, he continues to the ring.
The Guru ends his long trek, marching up the steel steps. He enters the ring, and begins to circle it..never taking his eyes from entrance ramp, He ties his hair back and prepares for battle. The fans cheer madly, hovering on the edges of their seats in anticipation, and confusion.

Post by Liu "Grim Reaper" Kuan on Jul 3, 2011 0:16:30 GMT -5
The bell rings, both Raj and Liu stare one another down. Each seems to be waiting for the other to make the first move, neither man underestimating the other's ability. Slowly, The Wind and The Reaper begin the feeling out process, each throwing small strikes intended on testing the other fighter's reaction.
JPG: Somebody throw a Goddamn punch, or Im jumping in there myself.
Bomber: Won't get this very often, but I agree. On the bright side, this match can really only gain momentum.
Despite the lack of enthusiasm shown by the announce team, the fans seem to be eating this display up. The fans get even louder when Raj Kim-Po connects with a stinging fist to Liu's cheek. The Wind pulls quickly back, expecting a bit more of a reaction from Kuan, who simply shakes his head and leers at Raj. After an awkward pause in the action, Kuan inches forward, and snaps a stiff kick toward's Kim-Po's left leg. Raj, however, pulls his leg up, causing Liu to just miss his mark. Liu calmly backs away from his prey, lines up another shot, and takes it. This time, Kuan connects with a lunging fist to the chest that sends Raj reeling. The Wind recovers very quickly though, it'd take more than a single punch to the chest to effect him. The Reaper goes for a repeat performance, but Raj is hip to him by now, he wraps up his arm, turns to the side, and throws Kuan overhead with a beauty of an armdrag. This scrambles Liu's senses, but regardless he still gets off of the ground fairly quickly.
Bomber: A series of exchanges here, seems anytime one of these guys attack the other has the counter. But as of right now, It's Raj Kim-Po who seems to be on top.
JPG: Raj is a legend, and frankly I've never even heard of this Liu Kuan fella, sounds like something out of Mortal Fuckin' Kombat.
The combatants now begin to circle around one another, locked in a standoff as it were. Just when it appears as though the feeling out period has begun again, Raj surprises everyone with a lightning fast thrust, his right hand sails through the air and hits it's target. The Chinese Superstar clutches his throat, and begins to gasp and sputter in an attempt to draw in as much precious air as he possibly can. Once recovered, Kuan shoots, places both of his hands behind Raj's neck, and pulls down as he fires his right knee up. The Wind is momentarily disconnected from the outside world, as his body falls to the ground, the fans jeering in the background the entire time. RKP lays on his stomach, momentarily dazed but having enough sense to wait for his opponent to try something before springing back to life. The Mortal Kombat sound alike takes the bait, he bends over neer Raj's back and is caught by a huge elbow when Kim-Po rolls to his side. Liu twists on his heels, takes two sluggish steps forward, and drops to the ground before rolling under the bottom rope and out of the ring.
JPG: These two are like Yo-Yos in there, back and forth. Just when it looked like The Reaper was going to take advantage of Raj Kim-Po he catches a blast from that devastating elbow.
Bomber: The knees and the elbows make for damn fine weapons, these two know that. Wouldn't surprise me to see them use more and more of that fighting style as this match progresses.
With his head in a fog, Kuan did the only thing he could think of, roll out of the ring. With The Wind beckoning back in the ring, Kuan calmly allowed the ref's count to start. He knew he could slide back in any time he wanted, so he kept a cool head, and didn't rush himself in getting his senses back about him. With the official's count up to eight, Liu casually rolls back into the ring under the bottom rope. Raj, seeing a chance to take the fight to the ground, leaps on Kuan just as soon as his body clears the ropes. Being an expert on the ground, Kim-Po quickly asserts his dominance. Using his own body to control Liu Kuan's, RKP rolls up onto The Reaper's back. Raj locks an arm around Liu's throat, and the other arm he uses to stabilize his arm and Kuan's head. So as not to be counted for a fall, Kim-Po keeps his position at The Grim Reaper's side, with one knee pressed into his back. The official checks the hold, satisfied that the move was not a choke, he then asks Kuan if he wants to submit. Liu sputters out a no, and the ref backs away, giving him access to the ropes, in case he is able to reach them.
Bomber: He's reachin, but I don't know if Kuan will be able to stay conscious long enough to even make it to the ropes.
JPG: He fucked up, you don't give Raj Kim-Po an opportunity to go to the mat. He's simply deadly down there, he's ended many a fight on the ground. Looks like he'll be ending another there tonight.
Bomber: Maybe, but there is still a chance The Reaper escapes here. A very slim chance, but a chance.
